🚚 Shipping Information

Courier Partner:
We ship all orders via J&T Express, ensuring fast and reliable delivery across the Philippines.

Processing Time:

  • After we receive your order, you will get a confirmation text message.
  • Your order will then be processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 3–7 business days
    Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Fees:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
  • Free shipping may apply during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

Order Tracking:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order is shipped.
  • Track your parcel at J&T Express Tracking.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender:

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery will require an additional shipping fee.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your package is damaged or missing.
  • We’ll coordinate with J&T Express to resolve the issue promptly.

We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Pay in cash when your order is delivered.
  • Available nationwide via J&T Express.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the package.

2. Bank Transfer / GCash / E-Wallets

  • Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation.
  • Orders will be processed once payment is confirmed.

3. Credit/Debit Card (if applicable)

  • Secure online payment via our website (if available).
